We aim to be the best value for money around! Located in Carbis Bay, St Ives on the north coast of Cornwall, we promise you a stunning setting for your stay whatever the time of year. Whether travelling for business or pleasure, we will do everything we can to make your stay exactly what you want and need. We are a family run bed and breakfast and we pride ourselves on the extra special touches, customer service and high standards of cleanliness. We are carefully combining all these factors to create our own 'quirky' style bed & breakfast. The local area offers activities and entertainment for all ages with St Ives town centre only a 5 minute bus trip away or a 25 minute walk. A short walk down the hill and you are on the stunning Carbis Bay beach. We are also within easy access of the train station and the nearest bus stop is just across the road. Hide

We are also ideally situated to explore the ancient landscape of West Cornwall, The South West Coast path, St Michael's Mount and other local National Trust attractions. We specialise in one night bookings for walkers of the coast path at no extra cost during low and mid seasons. We have four guest bedrooms with full en-suite facilities. The accommodation retains many of its Arts and Crafts period features updated with the latest fittings, fabrics and furnishings to give it that modern twist. It has a delightful garden and free private parking (parking is at your own risk) Guests are provided with keys for access at any time. The Carbis bay beach is a five-minute walk away and St Ives town, with all its beaches, charm and character, is only a five-minute drive, bus or train ride away. The Mustard Tree guest house has nine well appointed, modern rooms available comprising five doubles (one with king size bed), one twin, one family room (double and two single beds+extra 'Z-bed' if required), one large double/triple room and a single. Coast is a unique accommodation with the Bean Inn restaurant on the ground floor. We have three self contained apartments and one renting room. All apartments have en-suite shower rooms, with the apartments at the front of the house having lovely sea views over St Ives Bay. Set back from St Ives Rd, Coast has it's own off road parking and garden/ decking for guest to enjoy during the summer. Interesting and imaginative artwork hangs throughout the building. Coast is in a fantastic location 1 mile from St Ives, a 20 min walk or a few minutes on the bus. It is a 10 min walk to the beautiful Carbis Bay beach and spa. Hide
